We assist churches in examining existing personnel structures, facilities, and curriculums and present options for increased effectiveness in making disciples, including outreach and evangelism. Michael and Alecia provide churches and other ministries with creative resources, such as graphic design, brand establishment, and other marketing and communications tools. We also coach both foreign and domestic missionaries in resource development, cultural transitions, and ministry planning and implementation, and we work to connect the people and resources of US churches with missionaries and ministries in other countries.
